Customers praised the rug's detailed pattern and border design, noting "the navy pattern is so good in person" and easy to style. The washable feature and non-slip backing were appreciated. However, one customer reported severe durability issues with stitching unraveling during the first wash. The rug is thinner than expected but practical for everyday use.
- The navy pattern is so good in person. Has lots of detail, but still feels really easy to style.
- The border finishes the whole design. Gives the rug a more structured, almost tailored look.
- The darker color has been surprisingly practical for everyday use, and being washable makes it better.

I love how the border finishes the whole design. It gives the rug a more structured, almost tailored look without making it feel too formal.
The navy pattern is so good in person. It has lots of detail, but because the colors are so close it still feels really easy to style.
The rug completely fell apart in the wash. The stitching unraveled and now the rug is too.
Im so disappointed as its hyped up to be “machine washable”.
Didnt last the first wash.
We're truly sorry to hear this, Kealy.
This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We wish you'd had the chance to contact us first, as we'd have loved the opportunity to put things right for you straight away.
We've just sent you an email and would really appreciate the chance to resolve this for you. We look forward to hearing from you.
This rug is printed rather than woven, so the pattern is exact, and the rug has a flat finish to it. It is thinner than expected but it has a non slip backing and is easy to hoover so actually works really well in my hallway. I liked that they had a really good range of sizes to choose from.
