Faulty Product Returns

Never use bleach or fabric softeners on your rug. These harsh chemicals can damage the fibres, leading to discolouration and a reduction in the rug's lifespan.

Very pleased with this rug for both overall value and quality, and it looks absolutely stunning. It also feels really good to walk on and is clearly well made - neat and tidy edging - while the anti-slip backing is the real deal - it won't budge on a varnished wooden floor.
I would have paid a little more for an option of a slightly thicker version, but this is exactly as described, looks more expensive than it is, and I'm very happy.

Large red Oberon rug

I purchased the largest size available (10x14) and it is beautiful. Very easy to clean. The color of it is not as saturated as shown in the catalogue pictures, which I like it, as it softens the effect a little in my living room. The lighter areas of the rug are more like a peach than a beige color and they look even more pinkish with low, warm light in the evening, and the red is a wine color, very beautiful.

Looks nothing like the picture online

Great rug! Do keep in mind that this is not a vibrant color rug. It does have a fade to it. Personally, I expected more strong vibrant color, but it still works for my space. Quality is good.

These rugs are so good

These rugs are so good we purchased another one! My wife decided we needed a rectangular rug under the fireplace to go with the 2mtr square we purchased previously. As with the last one it was easy to order, communication from Rugette was very comprehensive, it arrived quickly and is great. Thanks Rugette, top job and my wife is extremely happy, you definitely deserve another 5 stars.

Great Rug

Easy to order. Delivery took exactly a week. When the 2mtr square rug arrived, I will be honest, I was horrified the way it was packaged. Folded up in a plastic courier bag. I never thought it would lay flat. However after being on the floor for a couple of hours it has settled down. I purchased anti slip mat from another retail outlet to go underneath as the rug is placed on Karndene tiles, I thought it might slip. I needn’t have bothered, it’s has an anti slip backing, save yourself the money. Very happy with the rug.
