Faulty Product Returns

We were a little worried upon receipt of the rug because it was folded in a box, I imagine for transport reasons. Once we laid it down and vacuum, it slowly but surely flattened out and now it is perfect. Looks very good and we like the fact that it is washable.

I contacted customer support before placing my order because I needed the rug without the non-slip backing for my particular flooring. They were incredibly helpful, understood exactly what I needed, and made sure my request was accommodated. The rug arrived exactly as requested, and it looks perfect!

I spent weeks comparing rugs online before ordering this one. The colours are incredibly versatile and work with almost everything in the room. It arrived well packaged, flattened out quickly and feels lovely underfoot. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Color is a lot more yellow than the photo. Additionally, unlike some competitor brands these carpets move quite a bit and so you’ll have to figure out a way to make them stay down, which was part of the reason I went this route so I’m disappointed that there is no mat.
